allows operation of an apple ipod through the majority of 2005 jvc car audio cd and dvd receivers. the new jvc ks-pd100 is compatible with 2005 jvc head units equipped with cd changer control. the adapter connects to the unit’s cd changer control interface through a j-link cable. with the adapter, files stored on an apple ipod can be played through the car’s sound system, the jvc receiver operates the ipod’s functions, and song title and other file information is shown on the receiver’s display.
